Empire Advocacy and Mitigation was established in 2023 by a dedicated mitigation specialist with over a decade in the field. The services we provide include mitigation investigations, forensic social work, and court advocacy for clients facing criminal charges in state and federal courtrooms. We work with defense teams at any stage including pre-trial, pre-sentence, post-conviction and habeas, and parole advocacy. We are invested in a holistic and team-based approach to provide an equitable defense for all clients. We believe in the dignity and value of our clients. Empire Advocacy and Mitigation is based in New York City and can consult on cases throughout the United States.
